Terry started in long-term care as a Director of Nursing. He has witnessed many changes and improvements in the quality of care and approaches to improving the quality of life of senior populations. In recent years, he has worked in short-term rehab units with a focus on returning residents to their homes after rehab stays.
Gail Troxell, RN, BSN, WCC, RACCTDirector of Nursing
Gail brings more than a decade of long-term care experience to Polaris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. In addition to her Clinical Management experience, Gail is a certified Wound Care Nurse and a certified RN Assessment Coordinator.
Tracy BrittinghamAssistant Director of Nursing
Tracy started with Polaris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center from the get-go. She has more than 37 years of nursing experience including 15 years in long-term care. In addition to her extensive background and skills, Tracy brings an unparalleled compassion and dedication to her role.
Sabrina Farren, LSVT BIG certifiedDirector of Rehab
Sabrina started her career as a PTA in 1999 in outpatient physical therapy. She brings 21 years of experience as a PTA and has been a Director of Rehab for 12 years. There are many aspects of physical therapy Sabrina enjoys when treating the older adult population. As a certified LSVT BIG therapist, she finds that gait and balance are among her favorite areas.
Michael FerracciDirector of Social Services
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from Delaware State University in 2011. With a passion for helping others and an empathetic disposition, Michael is committed to fostering a warm and welcoming environment that addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all residents.
Heather WilliamsActivities Director
Heather is a Nationally Certified Activity Director as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner with more than 21 years of experience. She takes each day as a challenge to provide new and exciting opportunities to enrich our individualized programming at Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center and to provide a warm and active environment for everyone she serves.
Cathy AllenAdmissions Liaison
Cathy began her career in healthcare in 2003 and served as an admissions director since 2008.. She joins Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center as the Admissions Liaison, bringing years of experience and first-hand knowledge to her conversations with residents and their families.
