We are pleased to have Lois Collison as our December Resident of the Month. She has been married to Joe for 36 years and they have 4 kids, 4 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren. She spends her time coloring with colored pencils using a large variety of beautiful colors and helping others. She loves Country Music and is a Country Music Trivia Champion.
In Memorial for our Resident of the Month: Helen S. Helen would have celebrated her 100th birthday on November 17. She was very much a part of the social group here at Polaris and will be greatly missed by many. We will all work very hard to keep her garden flourishing in the activity room. Helen had 3 children. She is originally from New Jersey, lived in Florida and then moved to Delaware. Debbie has six children. The expanded facility within the Milford Wellness Village adds 60 nursing home beds MILFORD, DE – [December 6, 2021] - Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center (Polaris) opened its second state-of-the-art phase, including 60 beds for nursing home care as well as short-term rehab patients. The expansion marks the latest addition to the Milford Wellness Village at 21 W. Clarke Avenue.
