The expanded facility within the Milford Wellness Village adds 60 nursing home beds MILFORD, DE – [December 6, 2021] - Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center (Polaris) opened its second state-of-the-art phase, including 60 beds for nursing home care as well as short-term rehab patients. The expansion marks the latest addition to the Milford Wellness Village at 21 W. Clarke Avenue.
