We're thrilled to announce our Resident of the Month: Debbie L.! Debbie has been crocheting for 26 years and it’s always fascinating to see what she makes next. She is originally from New Jersey, lived in Florida and then moved to Delaware. Debbie has six children. She first started out doing alterations and then became a Medical Office Specialist for the Air Force in Florida. Debbie loves to share and make things for the Residents.

Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center Opens Second Phase
The expanded facility within the Milford Wellness Village adds 60 nursing home beds MILFORD, DE – [December 6, 2021] - Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center (Polaris) opened its second state-of-the-art phase, including 60 beds for nursing home care as well as short-term rehab patients. The expansion marks the latest addition to the Milford Wellness Village at 21 W. Clarke Avenue. Phase 1 of Polaris, the Reserve Unit, which has been open since March 2020, has 26 beds along with an expansive rehabilitation gym and an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) suite.
